Each customisation will be costed individually based on your requirements, but I have
detailed some rough costs to give you an idea for the different options.

At present we only customise trainers, but are happy to discuss customising additional
items to ensure you will have the perfect outfit! We can customise your own shoes if you
like as well. Please send me an email with your requirements and we can discuss a price.
Payment
Once we have agreed on a design and costs, you will be asked to pay for your design in
full, plus delivery.
Payment can be made by UK personal cheque or through PayPal.
Delivery
I'll agree a delivery date with you once we have agreed on a design and costs. Roughly it
takes between two and three weeks to customise a pair of shoes.
All deliveries will be shipped by Royal Mail and clients will be charged the exact shipping
cost. International deliveries can be made and will be charged accordingly.
Returns
Because each custom design is made to your specifications, I cannot accept returns.
Limited warranty
I guarantee my workmanship for six months, but can assume no liability for items
supplied to me by clients.
Privacy policy
StarSparkles is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need to
appropriate protection of personally identifiable information you share with us (the phrase
"personally identifiable information" means any information by which you can be identified,
such as your name, address, telephone, etc.) All personal information received will remain
strictly confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than by StarSparkles.
