How do I order a pair of starsparkles?
There are 4 main ways to purchase a pair of starsparkle custom shoes.You can order sparkle converse directly from the website store, you can send me your own shoes to be sparkled by filling out the bespoke enquiry form. You can aso order bespoke sparkles in 3 locations of OFFICE shoe shop in glasgow and you can buy selected starsparkle designs from various retailers worldwide.
Can you do a custom pair and for how much?
Yes I can create a custom/bespoke design for you. The cost will depend on how many and what colour of crystals are used and the time taken to create the design. All you need to do is fill out the enquiry form and select custom enquiry. I can sparkle almost any pair of shoes i.e Converse, Nike, Adidas...
What do you use to attach the crystals?
I use an industrial strength adhesive, which is extremely strong. Each crystal is attached individually by hand with love and care!
What if a crystal falls off?
As I use an industrial strength adhesive it is highly unlikely that any crystals will fall off. However due to the nature of the hand made features over time wear and tear may cause a few crystals to fall off. I guarantee my product and workmanship and I will provide a repair service up to 6 weeks after the purchase of a pair of starsparkles. You must provide a receipt for the date and proof of purchase.
What kind of crystals do you use?
I only use the best 100% swarovski flatback crystals. I use various sizes of swarovski crystals in my designs to achieve the best sparkle effect possible!
How long will it take to receive my shoes?
All starsparkles are customized to order, therefore you must allow up to a month for orders particularly with bespoke orders! I do try my utmost to have sparkles ready for any special occasions, just let me know. The time taken also depends on the current workload,i.e at christmas I am extremely busy so the sooner you order the better!
How do I know that my shoes are authentic customized by starsparkles?
All starsparkles products have a label attached to the inside of the right shoe stating "by pauline clifford". There will also be a starsparkles hang tag attached to the outside of the left shoe!all my designs are registered in EU and USA. If you find any unauthorized fake sparkle designs out there please let me know!
How much is shipping/delivery?
I ship internationally and the rate depends on what country you wish to ship to.All shipping rates can be found in the store.
What is your return policy?
Due to the hand made nature of starsparkles customized shoes and the companies made to order approach I cannot accept any refunds,sorry!
